DO ONE HARD THING EACH DAY
Do you keep procrastinating the hard things to the next day?
Have you been working the whole day completing a lot of small tasks but not doing the ones you were supposed to?
Have you ticked 8 on 10 things off your checklist for the day (barring the remaining 2 are the ones that have been there since last 6 months or so)?
Or to put it bluntly- Are you avoiding the hard tasks?
My suggestion to you- Compile a list of those hard tasks that need to be done on priority and yet have been lying pending since long. Start with one such task each day. Get hold of it, dissect it, generate possible solutions and get down to complete it. Trust me, they would give you a better sense of accomplishment than hanging on to 8 small insignificant tasks of the day. Plus, you would get your life under control.
